The allergy field in the Allergy UI should validate the input string

The allergy field in the Allergy UI allows the user to enter a numeric value, considering allergies cannot have numeric name, we must validate the input string before allowing the user to procced further

REPRODUCING BUG :

1.  Register a new patient or edit an existing one
2. In the patient screen, click on the edit icon on 'ALLERGIES'  tab
3. Click on add new allergy button
4. On the allergy UI, in the add new allergy field try adding a numeric value
5. Click on the save button

The system allows the user to save numeric values to the database for allergy field.
