Introduce a new Abstract ServiceOrder Class

Background

As a means of introducing other Order Types , we need to implement the similar functionalities for the different order types.

Solution

Introduce a new Abstract ServiceOrder Class to house the common functionalities for the various order types in order to accomodate more referrals.

Steps

1. Create Abstract ServiceOrder

2. Transfer / copy  TestOrder properties to Abstract ServiceOrder

3. Introduce a location property to ServiceOrder
