Make TestOrder a sub-class of ServiceOrder Class

Description

Due to introduction of ServiceOrder abstract Class , functionality has to be shared with other sub-classes .

Solution

1.Empty  / Transfer all TestOrder class contents into (done int TRUNK-6034)

2. Make TestOrder sub-class of ServiceOrder
