Login Redirect Should Go to Proper Page

After logging in the user is redirected to their previously accessed page (using http referrer). There are a few minor issues with this currently:

• If a different user logs in than was in previously, they should be sent to the main index page.
• The user should not be redirected to the change password or change question pages

Look at the LoginServlet.java and portlets/login.jsp page to fix these.
