Work with later versions of Spring

While testing RA-578 Daniel discovered that the UI Framework's FragmentActionController behaves incorrectly.

(This ticket is a placeholder for fixing that issue, maybe rewriting some methods to have @ResponseBody and to return an object instead of an already-converted-to-json String.)
