Be able to place orders within xforms and have it behave as if it had been done in the regimens tab

The idea here is that you should be able to place orders just like in the Regimens tab of the patient dashboard and that it should be interchangeble whether you use the Regimens tab or Xforms i.e. if you enter a new regimen in xforms, it displays it in the Regimens tab.
