External Source Concept Shows ID of concept upon Review or Reporting of Form

Using the openmrs 1.6 and the most recent Xforms module, when using a radio button where the list of options is from an external source concept from the concept dictionary. While using the form the external source concept works fine and the concepts can be chosen and seen. However, after submission of the form, while reviewing or editing the previous form the concepts can no longer be seen and it is the concept Id that is seen. In addition, in the data export it is the Concept Id that is shown in the excel columns and not the name.
