Allow to drag selected answer for the form field that is a multi-select

Currently, it's not possible to drag selected answer(s) for the form field that is multi-select.

For example, if the form field is multi-select, it should also allow users to drag the coded answers. The main reason is that some of the concept questions have TONS of coded answers. If we change the display from dropdown to radio button (either horizontal or vertical), it creates lots of overlapping which requires more time to do the form design/clean up.
