View xform entered data for certain visit in patient dashboard

Using xforms to enter visit details (Custom information) would not let you afterwards to view the entered details when clicking the related visit.

E.g: Xform is created and inserted as current visit action, we started the patient visit and submitted the xform with some input. Now, when going to patientDashboard.page and viewing the visit encounters, we are not able to view the input data entered by this xform
