Allow navigation using TAB key and ARROW keys

When navigating a form with select input using tab key, sticks on the input, unless the ENTER key or one of the ARROW keys are press. It would be preferable if one would navigate away from the select input using the TAB key too.

On the other hand using arrow keys to navigate away from select input works, but it also changes the current selection.
