    Description

      Make OpenMRS XForm module support Postgresql. The tasks include :

      1. Properly map the PostgreSQL sequences via hibernate.
      2. Migrate to a generic liquibase.xml file holding the changesets to create schema rather then using the sqldiff file which holds MySQL specific SQL queries to create schema.
