Description
Now that OpenMRS is using Form Resources instead of keeping XSLT as a property, XForms needs to handle this resource by itself. FormEntry will continue to maintain the XSLT property, but if XForms desires to be installed on its own without relying on FormEntry, it should maintain the XSLT resource.
