Past medical history children do not word wrap

Looking at the "Immunization Recommendation" concept in past medical history, it shows nicely on the front page of the patient (multiple lines). However, if you click on it and open up the reverse chronology of the obs, then they appear as single lines that cannot be read or selected. They should either be selectable and then expand, or should display with word wrap the same as on the first page
