Need to print the a specific encounter

We should be able to print a specific encounter details and a print icon should appear next to that encounter.

I feel the best place of assigning a report to an encounter is XReport (Extension value json) where we will define the type of encounter to which this report should be linked. therefore, a print button will show in all encounters of that specific type.

by clicking the print button, encounterId will be sent as parameter to the report.
